These private sessions are where deep transformation happens. Through weekly mindset coaching calls, guided visualization, customized strategies, and reflection tools, we’ll tackle the root causes of what’s blocking performance. Stay Built: Maintenance Coaching
For athletes who’ve completed 1:1 coaching and want to stay consistent, mentally grounded, and supported through competition season and life.
Once you’ve built the foundation, the key is staying steady. This maintenance plan is for ongoing support after the initial breakthrough work is done. Stay mentally sharp, revisit strategies when needed, and keep growing, without slipping back into old patterns.

Team Workshop
For coaches and teams who want their athletes to show up with mental toughness, emotional control, and unshakable confidence, no matter the score.
These interactive, high-impact workshops are built to shift mindset, deepen team connection, and equip athletes with practical tools they can use before, during, and after competition. Each session blends mental performance strategies with real conversations, relatable examples, and action steps athletes can apply immediately. Whether your team struggles with pressure, fear of mistakes, inconsistency, or staying connected through adversity, this is for you.
Workshop Options:
2-Hour Session – A deep-dive intensive focusing on a single critical mental performance topic, such as mental toughness, overcoming adversity, pressure, or emotional regulation. This session provides practical strategies and tools to help athletes develop the mental skills needed to compete with confidence, consistency, and resilience.

6-Week Series – A progressive mental training journey that builds week-to-week. Covers pre-practice mindset, pre-game routines, in-game reset tools, and post-game reflections athletes can use both individually and as a team.
This package includes The Mental Game Plan workbook for each player + coach.
Ongoing Season Support – Weekly mindset tips, short videos, strategies, and tools delivered to coaches and athletes throughout the season to keep mental performance sharp and consistent.
