I work primarily with high school and college female athletes who want to build confidence, mental toughness, emotional control, and strong leadership, on and off the field. I also support parents and coaches in creating a culture of mental strength.

What is mindset coaching and how does it work?
Mindset coaching teaches athletes how to train their thoughts, emotions, and responses under pressure. I use tools like guided reflection, mental skills training, visualizations, and real-time strategies to help athletes manage anxiety, overcome perfectionism, and build lasting confidence.

Is this therapy?
No. Mindset coaching is not therapy. While both can be incredibly helpful, coaching is future-focused and performance-based. We focus on practical tools to help athletes perform and live with more freedom, focus, and resilience.

What can I expect from 1:1 coaching with Coach Heidi?
You'll get weekly private sessions focused on your mindset, confidence, and emotional resilience. I’ll give you tools you can use during practices, games, and everyday life to help you feel more in control and confident, no matter what pressure you're facing.

How long are the coaching packages?
I offer 3-session and 6 session coaching packages depending on your goals. Each includes weekly sessions, between-session support, and personalized strategies. Prices vary by package (ranging from $149-299).

What is maintenance coaching?
Stay Built is for athletes who have already completed a coaching bundle and want ongoing support as they grow. It’s a great way to keep your mindset sharp throughout your season with monthly check-ins, strategy refreshers, and continued accountability.

Can I switch from weekly coaching to maintenance coaching?
Yes! Once your bundle ends, you can choose to continue with Stay Built coaching to stay consistent and supported through your season.

I offer 2-hour intensives, half-day sessions, a 6-week series (focused on pre-practice, pre-game, in-game, and post-game strategies), and full-season support with weekly mindset content and tools for your athletes.
