Coach Heidi works directly with each athlete to understand exactly what's showing up mentally — the perfectionism, the fear of failure, the inability to move past mistakes — and then builds a personalized plan to address it. Every session has a purpose. Every tool is designed to transfer directly to practice, competition, and life.
